Do I need to bring anything?

Unless you have a personal preference to do so or the class/workshop requires something specific. Intra- has mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye masks.

Yes, there is some free parking at Willway Yard as well as some paid street parking. Asda is also a 3 minute walk away with free parking for customers for up to 90 minutes. There is ample bike storage inside Willway Yard.

Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled. Late arrivals sadly will distrupt the flow of the class and generally will not be permitted.

There are toilets but no allocated changing areas.

You can cancel up to 6 hours before the class starts and receive your pass back as credit. Cancellations outside this window will be lost and no refunds offered.
